The Grapes are harvested by hand from BirZeit Vineyards and carefully placed into small boxes.

Traditional methods in medium calcaric soil cultivate the vines.

Wine-making techniques include destemming and soft pressing.

Best paired with Heavy Grilled meat dishes.
