Description

Saint Michael – Limited Special Edition

High intensity and warm notes of ripe fruits complemented by tertiary aromas typical from cask aging.

The Grapes are harvested by hand from BirZeit Vineyards and carefully placed into small boxes.

The vines are cultivated by traditional methods in medium calcaric soil.

Wine-making techniques include destemming and soft pressing.

Best paired with Heavy Grilled meat dishes.

50% Cabernet Sauvignon

30% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc
