Welcome to Cantina Cana.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products online. You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions by accessing or using our website and services.

1. Eligibility

You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction (18 or 21, depending on the country). to purchase alcohol from our online shop. By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction.

We encourage you to consume alcohol responsibly and be aware of the health risks associated with excessive drinking.

2. Orders

  • Placing Orders: Orders can be placed through our website. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
  • Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order.
  • Payment: We accept cash and other online payment methods. All prices are listed in NIS and include applicable taxes.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: We offer shipping worldwide through EMS Israel Postal Company. Shipping charges and delivery times vary based on location and will be calculated per order.
  • Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • ETA: Standard delivery is 2-4 business days in Nazareth / Haifa / Tel-Aviv areas. Delivery to remote locations or international shipping can take longer. Express delivery is possible upon request an additional charge.
  • Age Verification: At the time of delivery, the recipient may be required to show a valid ID proving they are of legal drinking age. The delivery will not be completed without age verification.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international shipments, please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges caused by customs clearance procedures. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

4. Returns and Refunds

The right to return products or cancel/change your purchase is subject to the provisions of the law, including the requirements of the Consumer Protection Law 1981, and Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 2010, and subject to these Terms.

You can exchange, return, or cancel your purchase up to 14 days from the date of your purchase and only if the product is closed and conserved in its original packaging.

After returning the product, or canceling the ordered service, you will be credited with the price you paid for the product subject to presenting the original invoice for the order.

Returns can only be made at our offices. Otherwise, we will be entitled to charge you the applicable shipping/delivery fee as the case may be.

However, if the order cancellation is not due to a defect in the product or a discrepancy between the product and its description on the Platform, we will charge you a 7% commission. In that case, we will be entitled to charge you the applicable delivery fees as the case may be.

The refund will always be made under the same conditions under which the transaction was debited, and to the means of payment from which the transaction was made

These provisions do not detract from any right of cancellation or any other right available to consumers following the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, including the cancellation of a remote sales transaction by a consumer who is a person with a disability or a senior citizen
